About the Role

TargetLab is looking for an energetic Medical Sales Representative to drive business development and establish strong relationships with doctors and healthcare facilities across Mpumalanga. The primary focus will be acquiring new referring doctors and increasing laboratory test volumes through strategic relationship management. Pathology sales professionals are commonly tasked with expanding referral networks, promoting laboratory services, and servicing healthcare practitioners within their territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities among GPs, Specialists, and Clinics.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals.
• Present TargetLab’s pathology solutions and service offerings.
• Maintain a structured territory plan and sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly doctor acquisition targets.
• Resolve client concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
• Represent TargetLab at healthcare events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (medical sales advantageous).
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong business development and negotiation abilities.
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
