About the Role

TargetLab is expanding and seeks an ambitious Medical Sales Representative to grow our footprint across Johannesburg. This role focuses on acquiring new doctors, strengthening existing accounts, and increasing referrals to our pathology laboratory. Successful medical sales representatives build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identify growth opportunities, and consistently achieve territory sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new referring doctors and medical practices.
• Build strong relationships with GPs, Specialists, Clinics, and Hospitals.
• Promote TargetLab’s pathology testing services.
• Conduct daily field visits and territory coverage.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and activity reports.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years sales experience (medical or healthcare industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
