Job Summary:

Provides technical support to users while designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Combines end-user IT support with programming, system maintenance, and web application development.

Key Responsibilities

IT Helpdesk

  • Provide first- and second-line technical support (hardware, software, network)
  • Troubleshoot Windows Server, IIS, and web hosting issues
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access
  • Support email systems, printers, and office applications
  • Maintain system documentation and logs
  • Respond to incidents and service requests efficiently

Programming / Development

  • Develop and maintain web applications (Laravel, Livewire, PHP)
  • Manage databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
  • Fix bugs, optimize performance, and deploy updates
  • Integrate systems and automate business processes
  • Maintain version control (Git)
  • Ensure application security and data integrity

Skills & Technologies

Other: Networking basics, troubleshooting, system administration

Languages: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Frameworks: Laravel, Livewire

Servers: Windows Server, IIS

Databases: MySQL

Tools: Git, VS Code

OS: Windows
